FCC Covered List Update – Dec. 2025

On December 22, 2025, the FCC announced an update to its Covered List adding certain non-US produced uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) and UAS critical components under the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act and the FY2025 NDAA — DA 25-1086.

This update does not impact existing Freefly products for US operators.

All Freefly UAS and related equipment use components that are already approved and authorized by the FCC. No Freefly products are listed on the FCC Covered List, and there are no changes to the operation, sale, or support of existing or future Freefly equipment using these components.
